Testimonies
It has been a while since we chased testimonies from our clients - we prefer them to simply tell their friends and training buddies about Fit-For. However, with the creation of the new site we were told we simply HAD to put testimonies on the site. I always think they sound a bit contrived and always wonder how many testimonies we read on websites are for real... Anyway, here is what some of our clients have to say!

The things that I took away from your sessions which made such a difference were; to change the rear cassette to 12-27, descending in the drops in a relaxed position and the whole idea of hydration and carrying sachets of electrolyte to refill water bottles.
